With our priority service, once your order has been posted, we will email your tracking number.

Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Worldwide orders may be subject to import duties. These duties are determined by each destination and the value of each product. We are not responsible for any taxes or duties incurred.

Due to Covid-19, postal delays are still expected and normal shipping times may take longer than usual. If you would prefer faster service, please contact us before ordering.

Processing Times

The made-to-order garments will take 2 - 4 weeks for fulfillment depending on the size of your order.  Some specialty items are not kept in stock and this may take up to 4 weeks, but we will always keep you updated on the status of your order.

Bespoke garments will take 4 – 6 weeks for fulfillment depending on the size of your order.  We offer a rush service at an extra charge of £40.00.  Processing time frame updates will be available in the announcement bar at the top of the homepage.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you will be delighted with every purchase from us. You are welcome to return or exchange any item, providing the following guidelines are observed.

Please note these guidelines do not apply to our BESPOKE SERVICE and KNICKERS/PANTIES are not returnable for hygienic reasons.

Made to order

Each piece of Judy Chen Lingerie is completely handmade to order in Southport. As the pieces are made to order, we cannot refund an item due to it being the wrong size.

We urge our customers to review our size guide and to make sure you measure yourself correctly before purchasing an item.

If you are not completely satisfied with an item, please email us at info@judychen.co.uk within 7 days of receipt of goods and you can return it to us within 14 days of your order for an Exchange or Store Credit only. No returns will be accepted without authorization. You are responsible for any return shipping cost and any duty.

All returned or exchanged items must be accompanied by the original invoice or receipt.

The item must be returned in its original condition, including original packaging and include hand tags, and any related accessories. All items must be unworn and unwashed. No refund or exchange will be given for items that are returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled including makeup or deodorant stains.

We cannot accept responsibility for damaged or lost parcels. If you would like to add insurance to your parcel, please contact us at info@judychen.co.uk for further details.

Bespoke

Judy Chen bespoke items are individually made to your exact requirements, from size and fit to style, color, and fabric choice. Each piece is specifically hand-made for you. We are also able to offer size extensions as part of our bespoke package, allowing customers who are outside of the size range to a selection of additional sizes. Please contact us to discuss your ideas in further detail.

Due to these reasons, our bespoke garments cannot be returned or exchanged. If you are not satisfied with the garments, alterations and minor changes to the design can be made.
